Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your TAG'D products. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method unless required by law.

To start a return, please contact us at marketing@shoptagd.com with your order number and reason for return.

TAG'D reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
