What is your return policy?

We want you to love your TAG’D purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Do you offer free shipping?

We currently charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $2.99 per order.

How do I clean my TAG’D luggage tag?

Simply remove the information card from the back of the tag, wash the silicone tag with mild soap and water, pat dry, and reinsert the card once completely dry.
